God continues to issue a never-ending set of orders governing how to worship him, and Moses sits there on Mt. Sinai and tries to memorize it all. God tells him the priests should get unleavened bread, and unleavened cakes tempered with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil and put them all into one basket and wash them with water. Then they should bring a living bullock to the tabernacle, put their hands on its head, and kill it. Then take its blood and smear it on the horns of the altar with their finger, and pour the rest under the altar. Then take all the fat and caul and two kidneys and burn them on the altar. But the flesh of the bullock, and his skin, and his dung are to be burned outside the camp as a sin offering.

Repeat with two rams for an offering of consecration. Wave the bread and cake and wafers and breast of one ram and burn them as a wave offering. The shoulder of the ram that was waved shall be offered as a heave offering. Then Aaron and his sons shall eat the rams and the bread, but nobody else can eat them because it is the holy food. And every day a lamb will be offered in the morning and another one in the evening, together with flour mingled with oil, and wine for a drink offering. This is the procedure for making the tabernacle sanctified such that God could tolerate living there and converse with the people.
